How does the PUREON water filter work?
PUREON filters your tap water in several stages and reliably reduces pollutants. You set the temperature and quantity directly on the device - for clean water at the touch of a button.
How quickly is the water available?
Within a few seconds. Select your temperature and enjoy immediately – without waiting or a kettle.
Do I need a water connection?
No. You can use the device with the integrated water tank. A direct connection is also possible as an option.
Is it complicated to use?
No. Unpack it, fill it, and get started. The operation is intuitive and immediately understandable.
How clean is the filtered water?
The multi-stage filter system reduces up to 99.9% of many impurities such as chlorine, heavy metals, or microplastics. In addition, UV provides extra safety.
What temperatures can I set?
From room temperature up to approx. 95 °C. Ideal for tea, coffee, or baby food.

Switzerland: 1–2 business days
EU: 3–5 business days
Are customs duties incurred?
No. For EU orders, we cover all customs and import costs (DDP).
Can I change or cancel my order?
